About Ford Employee Volunteering Action
“福特员工志愿行动”是由福特中国发起的员工志愿者服务行动，是福特“更美好的世界”公益项目的重要组成部分。
“福特员工志愿行动”发动员工作为志愿者积极参与公益活动与公益项目，通过筹款、探访、服务等身体力行的方式回报当地社区，福特公司也为所有员工安排了每年16小时的带薪志愿服务时间用于参与和组织各类社会服务活动。
Ford Motor is so proud of having a large number of excellent employees whom are considered the foundation of Ford's practices of sustainable development and important force of innovative actions.
Ford offers all employees 16 paid volunteer service hours to empower them continuously being dedicated to building a better community and taking part in solving social issues in the areas of education, environmental protection and health caring, etc.
作为福特传统志愿服务项目，每年九月份的第二周为福特“全球关爱周（Global Week of Caring）”，属于福特员工志愿行动一年中的高潮。福特的员工、退休员工和经销商在此期间各展所能，积极开展各具特色的邻里与社区活动，回馈所在业务地区。然而, 如同其“进无止境”的品牌理念，已拥有广泛影响的福特“全球关爱周（Global Week of Caring）”于2015年正式升级成为福特“全球关爱月（Global Caring Month）”，时间跨度的增长也意味着福特员工志愿行动的服务参与人数、服务活动数量以及服务对象范围的全面升级。
As a flag project, Ford “Global Caring Week” which happens every September is the most highlighted movement of the year of Ford Volunteering . All Ford employees and their families/friends make their biggest effort to give back to the local community where the Ford business is running in. And just in accordance with its idea of “Go Further”, “Ford Global Caring Week” is expanded as “Ford Global Caring Month” from 2015 September which means both the scope and impact expansion of Ford volunteerism.
截止2023年12月，福特员工志愿行动共组织了694场活动，超过20,000名福特员工及其家属参与各类社会公益服务活动，累计服务时长超过120,000小时，其中孤儿助学项目募集资金701万元，共有超过2,900人次孤儿接受资助，超过3,000名福特员工参与捐赠，支持孤儿留在课堂坚持学业。
By December 2023, Ford's Volunteering Corporation has organized a total of 694 events, with over 20,000 Ford employees and their family members participating in various social welfare service activities, accumulating over 120,000 hours of service. Among these, the orphan education project raised a total of 7.01 million yuan, with more than 2,900 orphans receiving financial support. Over 3,000 Ford employees participated in the donation, supporting orphans to stay in school and continue their education.
